When you order from kangu, our top priority is that you enjoy your event worry-free. To make sure everything is ready on time, our team will always arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes before your event starts to get everything ready...
...For special events on a larger scale, more time may be needed for set up. In this case, we would contact you in advance. In any case, you will receive a confirmation message 24 hours before the delivery date. In very rare and unfortunate circumstances, your kangu delivery may be delayed by a force majeure event. For these eventualities, we kindly ask you to read point 4.6. of our general terms and conditions.
Pick-up of the material is also included in the kangu service. When your order is delivered, the pick-up date will be agreed with you. If you have booked staff for your event, the clean-up work will of course be taken off your hands...
...If the staff has finished earlier or you have not booked personnel, we ask you to put the material back into the transport boxes and make it available for the kangu team.
With a kangu order, plates, glasses, cutlery and other material for the buffet setup are always part of the delivery. In addition, you have the option to book other extras for your event. For your reference, you will be given a list of all the delivered material at the event, which you will sign after checking that the material is complete...
...When you pick up the material, we will check it again for completeness according to this list. Of course, it can happen that something gets broken or lost. However, we take the liberty of charging for damages that affect more than 5% of the material.
What should not be forgotten at a party is the space needed for the buffet and its access. As an example, for an event with 20 people, we bring 2 buffet tables with dimensions 180x72x72 cm (L/W/H). This means that you should allow around ten square meters for the buffet area...
...Please make sure that this area is free and accessible when your delivery arrives, so that the kangu team can start setting up immediately. If our staff still has to do a great deal of work to create enough space for the buffet, you may be charged an expense.
The law prohibits the sale of wine, beer and cider to under 16 year olds and the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to under 18 year olds...
...If you order alcoholic beverages from us for your party, please note that you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are responsible for ensuring that the Youth Protection Act is observed during your event. Our staff has the right to check your ID before handing out the alcoholic beverages.
In view of the perishable nature of the offer, an order can only be cancelled free of charge to a limited extent. After a successful order, 10% of the total amount will be due on the 10th day before the start of the event, should the contract be cancelled. Up to 72 hours before the start of the event, 30 % of the total amount will be charged for cancellations...
...Cancellations made at even shorter notice will incur a charge of 75% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. For further cancellation conditions, please refer to the general terms and conditions under point 7.
